We're hiring a Copy Lead for Kass, someone who can take the pen off me completely. Kass is a premium D2C skincare brand built on mechanism-led, contrarian marketing. Not "glowing skin" fluff, but real ingredient science translated into copy that stops the scroll and converts. I've written every script, caption, and email myself for the last year. I'm now looking for someone to take full ownership of that voice. This is not a junior role, and it's not a purely creative one either. You'll inherit a full brand copy system: hook structures, mechanism frameworks, proprietary terminology, tone rules. And you'll be trusted to make the calls I currently make: what's too clinical, what's over-engineered, when a claim needs a real mechanism behind it before it goes out. You'll also need real researc
