We are seeking an experienced MCH Director for a busy hospital part of a large system in Los Angeles, CA. This permanent leadership role oversees Mother Baby, L&D, and NICU. Ideal leader has experience with Magnet, Women's Director experience within a union environment, and overseeing a level II NICU.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- CA RN
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree,AND 7 years of experience in patient care delivery
- 2 years of experience in leadership and managing operations/project budgets
- CENP, NEA-BC, or NE-BC preferred
