3D VISUALISER We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Has a strong sense of lighting, materials, and composition • Can work within timelines • Is detail-oriented • Has interest in interior design aesthetics • Can coordinate effectively with the design team Role Responsibilities : • Create high-quality 3D interior views from CAD drawings and design briefs • Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting • Work closely with the designer to understand spatial intent • Produce quick concept views during early design stages • Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client meetings • Maintain organised working files and scene structure Software Requirements : Must know: • Sketch Up / 3DSMAX • V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (any one strong preferred) • Photoshop (for post-production) Bonus (preferred but no
