Transportation & Dispatch Coordinator

Wisconsin Food Hub Cooperative (WFHC), a farmer-owned food distribution cooperative, is hiring a Transportation & Dispatch Coordinator for its WFHC Transport division in Waupaca, Wisconsin.

The role:- Dispatch drivers and manage daily pickup and delivery schedules- Coordinate loads with producers, customers, and carriers- Track freight, ETAs, and delivery documentation (PODs, BOLs)- Maintain ELD logs and DOT/FMCSA compliance records- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers during the day- Weekend driver coverage on a rotating basis — one weekend day every five weeks
What we're looking for:- Experience in dispatch, routing, or transportation xzbcwsv coordination- Familiarity with transportation systems (Verizon Connect a plus)- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- CDL a plus, not required
Salary commensurate with experience.
