Store manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to manage the overall operations and performance of our retail store in Panaji, Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer experience, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. Drive store sales and achieve assigned revenue and business targets. Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team to deliver high performance. Ensure an excellent customer experience and resolve customer queries or complaints effectively. Monitor store KPIs, sales performance, conversions, and productivity. Manage inventory, stock availability, stock reconciliation, and shrinkage control. Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain the overall appearance of the store. Handle cash management, billing, and daily store closing procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and safety standards. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports. Coordinate with internal teams for stock replenishment, promotions, marketing activities, and other operational requirements. Identify opportunities to improve store performance, sales, and customer satisfaction. Ensure optimum staffing, employee scheduling, and productivity within the store.

Required Skills

Preferred Experience

3–8 years of experience in retail operations. Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Manager, Showroom Manager, or Store Operations Manager. Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Footwear, Jewellery, Electronics, or other organised retail sectors will be preferred. Graduation preferred.
