Structural Engineer

We are working with established structural engineering consultancies across Texas looking to strengthen their teams with experienced Structural Engineers.

This opportunity is aimed at engineers with approximately 5–10 years of experience who have worked on the structural design and delivery of building projects.

The Role

You will work across a diverse portfolio of building structures, which may include:

• High-rise and mixed-use
• Education
• Residential
• Hospitality
• Industrial and large-scale developments

Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for leading structural design packages, coordinating with architects and other disciplines, managing projects, mentoring junior engineers and supporting client relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 5–10 years of structural engineering experience
• Strong background in building structures
• Experience with steel and reinforced concrete structures
• Knowledge of relevant US building codes and design standards
• Experience taking projects through design and construction
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• EIT or PE preferred
• PE licence particularly desirable for more senior candidates

We are interested in engineers currently working at Structural Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Structural Engineer or Structural Project Manager level .
