Safety Manager

Markham Contracting Co., Inc. is looking for an experienced Safety Manager with 5+ years of construction safety experience to lead and continuously improve our safety department and company-wide safety culture. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of OSHA standards, construction safety practices, risk management, and insurance claims, with the ability to work closely with our project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field crews. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable being in the field, building relationships, identifying hazards, providing practical solutions, and holding teams accountable to a high standard of safety.
