Job Title: Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance & Banking Company: Mcube Finance Consulting LLP Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Role Overview The Assistant Manager will support the Corporate Finance team in managing banking transactions, financial analysis, MIS reporting, documentation, and coordination with banks and clients. This role involves active participation in working capital management, loan processing, banking compliance, treasury activities, and day-to-day client-bank communication. Key Responsibilities 1. Banking & Finance Coordination Coordinate with banks for working capital, term loans, Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and other facilities. Maintain bank-wise details of sanctioned limits, outstanding balances, utilization, and availability. Follow up with banks for sanction letters, disbursements, renewals, documentation, and pending requirements. Assist in preparing and sharing funding requirements with banking partners. 2. Financial Analysis & CMA Assist in the preparation of Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data, financial projections, and detailed project reports. Analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. Prepare financial information, ratio analysis, and responses to bank queries. 3. MIS & Reporting Prepare and share daily funding summaries based on client data. Maintain bank-wise funding and utilization statements, including ROI details. Keep accurate records of client financial schedules, including renewal dates, stock audit dates, and key banking milestones. 4. Documentation & Compliance Coordinate with clients and banks for the execution and completion of loan and security documentation. Collect and verify required documents from clients for timely submission to banks. Guide clients on document preparation and clarification when required. Note: While primarily a coordination role, candidates may occasionally draft basic documentation under senior guidance during urgent situations. Track pending documentation, Pari-passu charges, valuations, Title Search Reports (TSR), ROC charges, and security requirements. Maintain trackers for sanction conditions and follow up with CAs, legal teams, clients, and banks for closure. 5. RBI Compliance & Banking Requirements Collect, prepare, and submit routine RBI and bank compliance information. Apply working knowledge of RBI compliance requirements, including Annexure-I, Annexure-III, Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure (UFCE), and Stock Statements. Assist clients in understanding compliance needs and track due dates to ensure timely filing. 6. Client Coordination & Data Management Act as the primary point of contact for routine client banking queries, escalating technical or legal issues to senior management. Follow up for stock statements, provisional/audited financials, and bank statements. Maintain updated Excel trackers, ensure timely data entry, and reconcile bank-wise limits and balances. Key Skills Required Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Solid understanding of accounting, financial statements, banking products, and treasury concepts. Sound numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter (or equivalent). Experience: 1–3 years in banking, corporate finance, accounting, NBFCs, CA firms, or financial consultancies. Compensation & Reporting Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Performance Bonus (commensurate with experience and skill set). Reporting To: Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Finance & Banking. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion and accuracy of financial data, CMA, and MIS reports. Prompt closure of bank requirements and document submissions. Effective limit/utilization tracking and smooth client-bank coordination.
