Job Description In this role you will report directly into the Recruitment Manager and be responsible for: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to successful candidate placement. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients by providing consultative hiring advice and market insights. Identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-quality candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and market research. Developing and nurturing talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Generating new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and expanding existing client accounts. Negotiating employment offers, fees, and terms between clients and candidates. Conducting candidate interviews, assessments, and qualification meetings to ensure strong matches. Collaborating with internal teams and leveraging recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes. Achieving individual performance targets while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Monitoring market trends and industry developments to provide strategic recruitment guidance. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate looks like: Proven experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or client-facing relationship management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic business solutions. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
