You're not just managing restaurants. You're the Head Coach of a championship team.This Area Manager role oversees three Vale locations: Pinecrest, Brickell, and Wynwood — a dynamic district that puts you at the center of two of Florida's most exciting, fast-growing markets. You'll lead and elevate a team of General Managers who look to you to set the standard, and you'll be a driving force as Vale continues its statewide expansion.If you're the kind of person who walks into a room and makes it better — who spots untapped potential in people before they see it themselves — this is your seat at the table.What You'll Own
People First, AlwaysBuild a deep bench of talent at every level — from identifying raw potential in the community to developing polished, promotion-ready General Managers across all three locationsLead your GMs personally and professionally through intentional coaching, real feedback, and an infectious belief in what people can becomeDrive a culture of excellence rooted in authenticity — where your team trusts you, learns from you, and runs through walls for you
Business PerformanceOwn your district's P&L across Miami — hitting and surpassing top-line sales goals while maintaining smart labor and food cost managementIdentify leading indicators early and pivot fast — you don't wait for problems to show up in reportsBuild and execute local community marketing strategies that turn neighborhoods into loyal Vale fans

You Bring5+ years of restaurant management experience, with a track record of leading and developing teamsExperience in fast casual restaurant operations (strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage and grow 25+ team members per shiftSolid command of P&L, COGS, labor scheduling, budgeting, and financial planningServSafe Manager's Certification (or willingness to obtain before start)Experience leading food safety programs and culinary operationsStrong instincts for people — you know how to read a room, build trust, and inspire actionThe ability to hold multiple variables at once: food quality, team performance, guest experience, and financial results — simultaneouslyComfortable with regular travel between South Florida to support all three locations
