A nationally recognised construction firm is looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead major mission critical construction programmes.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-profile hyperscale data centre projects while providing leadership to project teams and helping shape the future growth of a rapidly expanding business unit.
The Role
As Project Executive, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance and exceptional client satisfaction.
You'll also play a key role in business development, mentoring project leadership teams and supporting long-term strategic growth.
ResponsibilitiesLead multiple large-scale construction projectsOversee project schedules, budgets and delivery strategyProvide leadership to Project Managers and field teamsManage client relationships at executive levelDrive commercial performance and project profitabilitySupport preconstruction, proposals and strategic planningLead commissioning and project closeout activitiesMentor future construction leaders across the business
What We're Looking For15+ years of commercial construction experienceExperience as the senior leader on major construction projectsPrevious Project Executive, Director or equivalent leadership experienceMission critical or data centre experience highly desirableStrong commercial, operational and client management skillsExcellent leadership, communication and decision-making abilityWillingness to travel as required
