Install, modify, clean and repair monitors, keyboards, mice, central processing units, printers and other peripherals.Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support for software and hardware.Manage upgrades in software and hardware.Field telephone calls and e-mail messages from users who are seeking guidance on technical problems.Assist with the maintenance and update of the Center's IT inventory of computers and peripherals.Test desktops and laptops and provide feedback to the manufacturers.Evaluate software programs with regard to their usefulness.Assist in audio visual/remote conference setup as needed. xzbcwsv Perform additional related duties as needed.
