Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry.
• Develop innovative products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes.
• Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation, and performance benchmarking.
• Design and execute trials for new products and process improvements.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and development documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product performance issues.
• Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers for development and qualification of new raw materials.
• Support customer technical visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities.
