The Role
Own the full partnership lifecycle — from first conversation to signed Mo U to live, revenue-generating programs — across three pillars:
Strategic Alliances — IIMs, premier institutes, universities and large corporates Corporate Training — banks, AMCs, wealth firms, insurers and fintechs Government & CSR — finishing schools, financial literacy and skilling mandates
What You'll Bring Mandatory Requirement - 15–20+ years in BFSI, financial education, L&D, or institutional / corporate sales A strong, existing network across banks, AMCs, insurers, fintechs, universities and premier institutes Proven track record of signing and monetising large, long-cycle partnerships and Mo Us Comfort engaging CXOs, Deans, L&D heads and government / CSR stakeholders as a peer Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with sharp commercial acumen MBA / postgraduate qualification preferred
