Solid knowledge of ERP systems and their role in supporting operational business functions. Understanding of OT systems and their integration with enterprise landscapes. Experience with solution design across multisite and multi-instance environments. Familiarity with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and API design. Knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and integration technologies. Understanding of data management principles and their role in enterprise solutions. Experience with cloud-native development and serverless computing is an advantage. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work across business and technology teams in a collaborative environment. Experience with ITSM processes and agile ways of working is a plus. Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or similarly complex global organizations is a plus.
