Product Support Specialist – Care Stack Pay - US Shift

Responsibilities
Be a subject matter expert and consultant for payment solutions Support US customers to implement a high outcome payments strategy Carry out Customer Onboarding, Payment process setup and Training. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features. Assist in product strategy and functioning. Analyze and report product outcome (for example, by testing different scenarios or simulating users and real-life user flows) Collating technical issues and useful discussions with the team Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with internal and external stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications
Experience in software or technology platform customer-facing roles Familiar with healthcare/ Merchant processing/Financial products is a plus. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools. Understanding of how CRM systems work Excellent communication (both verbal & written) and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking abilities Willingness to work in Night Shits (US shift) is a must.Location
