Title: Oracle EBS Production Support Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Position: Contract - 3 Months, extendable

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) modules to support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Oracle EBS AP & GL modules.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and process-related issues.
• Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and transaction flows to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS AP and GL modules.
• Prior experience in production support, application support.
• Good understanding of financial processes, issue troubleshooting, and ticket management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a support environment with defined SLAs.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, and support processes.
