Senior Compliance & Regulatory Strategy Lead

Bridge Intelligence is seeking a Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs to own licensing execution end-to-end and build the compliance operating system across custody, brokerage, and future settlement functions. You will be the accountable owner for regulatory readiness, working closely with the founder and product/engineering teams to implement robust controls.

This role requires 8+ years in fintech regulatory roles, hands-on licensing experience, and strong governance discipline.
