We are a growing creative agency working with lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and D2C brands. Our work spans across branding, website design, social media retainers, and campaign content.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist  — someone who can think across brand, content, and design, and ensure our creative output is both strategic and on-brand.  You’ll work closely with the design team, project managers, and the founders to to drive efficient and successful delivery of creative projects.

What You’ll Own:

• Build creative direction for projects: Brand Moodboards, Tone-of-voice, Content pillars, Visual Mood etc
• Help with new business pitches
• Oversee creative execution (websites, branding, social posts, shoots)
• Collaborate with designers and content writers, give feedback & ensure consistency, to bring ideas to life.
• Lead brand storytelling: From one-liners to full-blown pitch decks
• Step in on strategic calls with clients (if needed) to defend/explain creative direction
• Ensure every campaign/post/design is aligned with the brand and audience insight
• Occasionally script Instagram reels, website hero copy, or write key headlines

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in a creative or digital agency
• Have strong visual skills and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Have led or supported projects across brand identity, website content, or content marketing
• Have a sharp sense of branding, creative language, and how design supports business goals
• Can give meaningful feedback to designers and copywriters
• Are organized, strategic, and creatively obsessed (in a good way!)
