Role: Senior Software Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long-term Contract
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid x days onsite (Wednesday/Thursday) - Hyderabad, India
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with 7+ years of experience building scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, API development, and distributed systems.
This role will design and develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, asynchronous integrations, and cloud-based solutions. The engineer will work with AWS services, messaging platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices while supporting production systems and mentoring junior developers.
Key Requirements
7+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot Experience building microservices and distributed systems Strong AWS cloud experience REST API and API Gateway development Experience with Kafka, SQS, Rabbit MQ, or other messaging platforms CI/CD and automated testing experience Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC Exposure to AI tools/technologies such as Copilot, Cursor, Chat GPT, LLMs, or MCP Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experiencePreferred: Python, Node.js, Java Script, Splunk, Dynatrace, Apigee, Okta, and AWS Cloud Formation.
