We’re working with a leading $30B+ alternative asset manager on a high-impact opportunity for a senior Investment Operations professional to join a rapidly growing, diversified credit platform.
This is far more than a traditional operations management role. The person joining will serve as a key leader across the platform, managing a team of 10 while partnering directly with senior leadership on automation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.

What They’re Looking For• 10 - 15+ years of Investment Operations experience, ideally within Private Credit / Credit• Strong experience across loans, direct lending, CLOs and/or structured credit • Must have experience working within an alternative asset management firm or investment firm • Proven people management experience (must have experience managing a team)• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities• A technology-minded, process-oriented approach with an interest in automation• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, institutional investment environment• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
