Industrial Sales Manager - Food Services & Industrial Catering (Individual Contributor)

Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Diversity hiring for Bangalore)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Industrial Sales professional with strong experience in industrial/institutional catering or food services. The ideal candidate should have an established network with manufacturing and industrial clients across Tamil Nadu and a proven ability to drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new industrial and manufacturing clients across Tamil Nadu.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Plant Leadership teams.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Industrial Catering, Institutional Catering, or Food Services Sales.
• Providing meals to industries on a day-to-day basis.
• Strong network within industrial/manufacturing organizations in Tamil Nadu.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated professional with experience working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
