As an LCC Shared Services Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and alignment of shared resources, documentation, training tools, and collaboration platforms across Legal, Contracts, and Compliance (LCC) groups. You will contribute to operational transparency, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives while supporting the evolving needs of the business. Maintain accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, and internal systems.
Perform basic compliance checks to ensure required documentation, mandatory data fields, and approval steps are completed.
Support record maintenance activities, metadata updates, and system corrections.
Participate in training sessions to learn processes, standards, and enterprise tools.
Assist in process improvement activities through minor updates to workflows, templates, or documentation.
Escalate complex, unclear, or risk-related issues to senior analysts, supervisors, or management.
Log turnback activities, errors, or issues into designated tracking systems to support continuous improvement.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all records to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Support training programs for the LCC group by updating training catalogs, materials, and records, and maintaining training schedules.
Manage contents of the Knowledge Library.

Experience maintaining accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, or internal systems.
Experience monitoring and managing centralized communication channels such as shared inboxes, ticketing systems, or request queues.
Experience with written and verbal English communication to collaborate with global teams.
Experience reviewing documents and maintaining records with attention to detail and accuracy.
