Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join our smart home automation team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to explain smart home products to customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to smart home products.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable automation solutions.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Coordinate with installation and technical teams when required.

Visit client locations/sites based on business requirements.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in EEE, ECE/ MBA 

Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, IoT, or automation concepts.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Interest in smart home and automation technologies.

Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
