We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Learning & Development team to help train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. You will help to design and deliver training programs to teach and support our sales team.
This is an opportunity for someone with a recruitment background to transition into Learning & Development while using the expertise they've built on a recruitment desk.
What You'll DoDeliver onboarding and training sessionsCoach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performanceSupport consultants through one-to-one and group coachingPartner with managers to improve performance and progressionDevelop training materials and recruitment best practices
Skills & Experience:MUST have at least 1 year of experience in 360 Recruitment or Agency WorkStrong understanding of the sales lifecycle and recruitment industryOpen to learning new tools and innovations to optimize workInterest in a career in Learning and DevelopmentStrong communication, teaching, and relationship-building skills.Ability to design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning).Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring learning impact.
Previous training, teaching, mentoring, or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.
