Our new psychiatry outpatient clinic is an exciting addition to our services, and we are seeking a skilled and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis of mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
• Conduct community outreach and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications :

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy and conducting psychological assessments.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.
• Specialization or certification in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Familiarity with EHR systems and digital documentation.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
