You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that strengthen our brand presence and support marketing and sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and e-commerce platforms . Design banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, product graphics, emailers, and marketing materials. Develop engaging creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms . Create designs for festive campaigns, product launches, offers, sales campaigns, and brand promotions . Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into compelling visual concepts. Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colors, layouts, and overall visual language . Create and edit product images and ensure they meet website and marketplace requirements. Develop creative concepts and variations for A/B testing and performance marketing campaigns. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing creatives . Collaborate with the video/content team when required to create graphics for reels, videos, and other digital content. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Good working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design tools . Understanding of social media and performance marketing creatives . Strong sense of typography, composition, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts. Good understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising requirements. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Why Join Us?
