Handling all corporate legal matters including: Handling queries under Rating Mandate/Agreement executed with Company’s Client Vetting of Rating Mandate/Agreement, Monitoring Agency Agreement & NDA executed with Company’s Client Assisting Legal Head in handling legal matters before SAT/NCLT/High Court and Supreme Court Preparation of POA/LOA required for day-to-day activities Handling investor/issuer complaints 2. Vetting of Business Agreements to be executed by subsidiary companies 3. Liasioning with external lawyers, for obtaining latest updates on the ongoing or fresh legal cases of the Company and for the purpose of obtaining legal opinions on various legal queries 4.
