Staff Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or Designer:

We are looking for a Staff Engineer or Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This role will support mechanical or electrical design projects, work closely with project teams, and coordinate designs across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop designs for assigned mechanical or electrical systems
• Make design decisions within your assigned areas of responsibility
• Work with Project Managers and project teams to develop design solutions
• Coordinate design work with other internal disciplines
• Use Revit and other current design technology to develop project documents
• Communicate major design changes or scope issues to the Project Manager
• Support project teams throughout the design process
• Help ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and meet project requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of mechanical or electrical design experience
• Proficiency with Revit
• General knowledge of mechanical or electrical building systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a project team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Engineer-Level Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• PE license or completion of the PE exam preferred

Designer-Level Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or
• Technical/Associate degree in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related engineering design field
• Hands-on mechanical or electrical design experience
