Director of Retail Operations

Redefine Meals is seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Retail to oversee the operations and performance of 28 retail locations. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, developing and supporting retail teams, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all locations.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong multi-unit retail management experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple locations Multi-Location Retail OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of 28 Redefine Meals retail locations, ensuring consistency in execution, presentation, and customer experience.Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations.Success opening new locations in various areasConduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure locations maintain appropriate inventory levels, product availability, merchandising standards, and overall store appearance.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, labor costs, product waste, inventory, and overall store performance.Analyze financial reports and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop action plans for underperforming locations and hold teams accountable for achieving established goals.Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and sales targets.Leadership and Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop retail and district managers and location-level teams.Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards for all locations and development of new store locations.Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention of qualified team members and leaders.Identify and develop future leaders and locations within the organization.Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and results.
