With a strong reputation for quality, client satisfaction, and repeat business, they continue to deliver some of the region's most notable interior projects. Job Description Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project phases. Lead site logistics, punch lists, inspections, and turnover activities. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience delivering healthcare interiors, medical office, hospital renovations, and/or Class A office projects. Strong knowledge of occupied-space construction and phased renovation work. Excellent scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
