Project ManagerResponsibilities:Leading end-to-end program execution across a portfolio of Design & Construction projects, from planning and site readiness through delivery, turnover, and closeout.Note: This role will coordinate closely with our construction team but will not be responsible for site-level execution strategies or in-field construction managementDriving and maintaining integrated program schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting to ensure projects remain on track.Coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party partners—including design, construction, real estate, permitting, procurement, and field stakeholders—to drive timely decisions and execution.Proactively identifying program-level risks, dependencies, and constraints; developing mitigation plans and escalating issues requiring leadership decisions.Establishing consistent project-management processes, governance, documentation, and reporting across the program while driving accountability for commitments and deliverables.Providing clear, concise communication to stakeholders and leadership on program status, priorities, key decisions, financial/schedule impacts, and upcoming actions

Qualifications:Strong program and project management capabilities, with demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, integrated schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stage-gate deliverables.Working knowledge of retail or commercial Design & Construction processes, including site development, design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction execution, turnover, and closeout.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and third-party partners, establish clear ownership, drive accountability, and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and technology skills, with the ability to maintain reliable project data and translate schedule, cost, milestone, and issue information into concise reporting and actionable insights. xzbcwsv Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, document decisions and actions, escalate risks appropriately, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.Multi-retail site experience
EducationBS or BA Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
