52 Limited is partnering with an innovative, venture-backed hospitality technology startup to find a Full Stack Engineer to join its growing team in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

We're hiring a full-stack engineer to join the founding engineering team. We lean heavily on AI tools to ship a lot of product, fast, and we have a substantial roadmap ahead of us. You'll work directly with the founders, own products and systems end to end, from ambiguous problem to shipped, reliable feature, and depending on the candidate, this role can evolve into an engineering leadership role quickly.
What you'll do:Ship across the full codebase: backend, frontend, integrations, and AI systemsArchitect and scale the platform as we expand into the full hotel operating systemHelp set the standards for reliability, security, observability, and engineering quality

Experience: Bachelor's in Computer Science, or an equivalent rigorous CS background2–4 years building and owning full-stack web apps end to endPrior startup or founding engineer experience is a strong plus

You can articulate technical decisions and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders, in writing and in person.
AI Systems Experience We're looking for someone who understands that production AI systems require more than model access and prompt engineering. Strong candidates will have experience with several of the following:Building and evaluating LLM-powered agents and workflowsAgent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and context managementHuman-in-the-loop systems, permissions, guardrails, and failure recoveryObservability, debugging, testing, and versioning for AI systemsManaging the cost, latency, and reliability of nondeterministic systemsMeasuring the product and business impact of AI-powered workflows

Location & Requirements: This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with an expectation of working in the office 4–5 days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
