About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Delhi office. You will be working across two tracks - creating visuals for our client accounts (pet care brands we manage) and building creative assets for Puppy Atlas's own brand and business development.

This is a hands-on role. You will be producing real work for live campaigns from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives - static posts, carousels, and story formats for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn across multiple client brands
• Create ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display campaigns - product ads, offer banners, and retargeting visuals
• Work on product visuals, background removal, image retouching, and lifestyle mockups for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Blinkit, Tata 1mg)
• Design email marketing templates, WhatsApp campaign banners, and newsletter layouts
• Build branded presentation decks and performance report documents for client accounts
• Create festive and seasonal campaign creatives aligned with the Indian marketing calendar
• Follow individual brand guidelines for each client - maintaining consistency in color, typography, and tone
• Design and maintain all Puppy Atlas marketing collateral - social media assets, company profile decks, and agency website visuals
• Create business proposals, quotation documents, and pitch presentations for new client acquisition
• Build and maintain a structured creative asset library for Puppy Atlas and all client accounts
• Design event materials - standees, banners, and on-ground collateral for agency events
• Support leadership with ad-hoc design needs including investor decks and partnership documents

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - non-negotiable
• Strong working knowledge of Canva Pro
• Understanding of social media creative formats for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple design briefs across different brands simultaneously
• Ability to meet campaign deadlines and receive feedback professionally

Good to Have

• CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush for short-form video and Reels
• Experience with AI design tools - Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar
• Prior experience in a marketing agency environment
• Understanding of performance marketing design for Meta Ads and Google Display
• Basic UX/UI knowledge for website banners and e-commerce visuals

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Candidates with strong portfolios may be considered regardless of formal qualification
• 1-4 years of professional graphic design experience preferred
• Agency experience is a strong advantage - candidates who have managed multiple brand accounts will be given preference
• Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong tool proficiency may also apply

Employment Details

• Location: Delhi, India (On-Site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Reports To: Creative Head / Account Manager
• Notice Period: 30 days or immediate joiners preferred
