Order Management Associate

Order Management AssociatePosition OverviewReunited Clothing is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Order Management Associate to review and process incoming sales orders accurately within our ERP system. The key focus of this role is reviewing customer orders, whether received via EDI or manually, for accuracy, and entering them cleanly into the system. You’ll confirm order details with internal teams and help keep our order data reliable. This is a great fit for someone early in their career, or someone sharp and detail-oriented looking for a change of pace.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview incoming customer sales orders, whether EDI or manual, for accuracyEnter sales orders in CGS BlueCherry ERPCommunicate with respective teams to confirm order accuracy and resolve discrepanciesMaintain the integrity of sales orders as updates come inUnderstand how data interactions affect order integrity, and troubleshoot potential issuesSupport style and UPC catalog updates as neededCollaborate with the team to ensure assignments are completed on timeQualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and manage xzbcwsv multiple tasksHigh School diploma or equivalentPreferred QualificationsPrior order entry experience (the right candidate will be trained)Experience with an ERP system, BlueCherry specificallyKnowledge of EDI to troubleshoot incoming sales ordersCompensationHourly to start at $20-$25/hour (based on experience) with a transition to a salaried position upon demonstrated performance, evaluated by the 6th month.
