Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join a legal team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, particularly motor vehicle accident cases, with occasional exposure to medical malpractice matters. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and supporting cases from intake through resolution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive paralegal support for personal injury litigation, primarily motor vehicle accident cases.Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Manage case files, maintain deadlines, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel as needed.Coordinate medical record requests, document collection, and case-related correspondence.Support trial preparation, settlement documentation, and other litigation needs.Assist with occasional medical malpractice matters as needed.
Qualifications3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury litigation.Experience handling motor vehicle accident cases strongly preferred.Familiarity with litigation procedures, discovery, medical records, and case management.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines with attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. xzbcwsv
