Teleperformance is Hiring Site Wellness Lead

• Location: Mohali
• Experience: Relevant experience in Wellness, Counselling, Psychology, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Employee Well-being Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the site Wellness Program while ensuring compliance with organizational wellness standards.
• Manage and mentor third-party counsellors to deliver high-quality employee support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to enhance wellness initiatives.
• Conduct wellness audits, maintain reports, and analyze program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
• Present wellness metrics in MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings.
• Oversee client and internal reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
• Partner with Recruitment, HR, and Operations to integrate wellness into the employee lifecycle.
• Work closely with global research teams on wellness-related initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Experience managing Wellness Programs, preferably for Trust & Safety / Content Moderation environments.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
