Role: PEGA DeveloperDuration: 6-12+ months Temp To HireLocation: Tampa, FL (fully onsite)

Roles/Responsibilities• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting• Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications• Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve the value realized by automation• Applies technical troubleshooting to break down solutions and solve technical problems of basic complexity• Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience in PEGA• Working experience on projects in JAVA• Demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Software• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages• Proficient in Pega development as well as multiple design techniques• Working proficiency in Pega toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software• Good understanding of PL/SQL
Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as multiple design techniques§ Working proficiency in development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software§ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least xzbcwsv one of the common frameworks§ Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security§ Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages§ Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software
