We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-friendly professional to join our team at PetsOne.pk outlets in Lahore.

Qualification:

Matric / Intermediate / Bachelor’s (Business or relevant field preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pet store operations efficiently
• Greet and assist customers with product guidance
• Maintain inventory, stock display, and shop cleanliness
• Handle billing, receipts, and daily sales records
• Coordinate with warehouse/online team for stock & orders
• Build friendly customer relationships and ensure service excellence
• (Add-on) Record simple short clips of products & new arrivals for social media
• Strong communication and customer-dealing skills
• Basic knowledge of computers / POS / WhatsApp
• Responsible, organized, and punctual
• (Bonus, not mandatory) Comfortable making simple product videos
• Friendly, positive attitude, and a passion for pets (preferred)
