Clinic LPN - Patient Care, Med Admin & Procedures (Day Shift)

West Tennessee Healthcare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care, administer medications, and document care for an assigned patient group on a day shift.

The role requires current Tennessee LPN licensure, completion of a vocational LPN program, and BLS certification within orientation. The nurse will follow medical provider orders, monitor patients, and support clinic operations.
