The RoleThe Project Manager plays a critical role in Bakergroup’s project execution, supporting consulting principals by managing the technical and documentation aspects of our foodservice projects.Key responsibilities include:Producing foodservice design drawings and documentation using RevitPreparing specifications and equipment schedulesSupporting design coordination using Bluebeam and AutoQuotesManaging project documentation and communication using the Microsoft Office SuiteCoordinating project deliverables to support principals and client timelinesParticipating in internal coordination meetings and select client-facing discussionsManaging multiple concurrent design projects with varying schedules and scopes
Who You AreExperienced in foodservice design project support, ideally within a consulting firm or foodservice equipment dealer environmentFamiliar with the demands and workflows of projects in higher education, healthcare, corporate, private club, or resort settingsTechnically proficient in Revit (Required)Bluebeam and AutoCAD experience is preferred but not requiredHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, dependable, and collaborativeAble to travel periodically to support project needs
Travel ExpectationsTravel typically averages one trip per month, generally short in duration (two nights or fewer), for site visits, project coordination, or firm-related activities.
