In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of assembly machines and performing product inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety policies and procedures. Operate machinery and equipment according to established work instructions. Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Inspect finished products and accurately record results in accordance with quality specifications. Safely perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs as necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals. Promptly report any unsafe or unhealthy working conditions to supervisors or management. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
