Job Title: Channel Partner - Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partners to collaborate with us for promoting our property tech plotform in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, a good client network, and proven experience in property sales or real estate channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales for residential / commercial real estate projects
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, brokers, and investors
- Promote projects through various channels including digital platforms and personal networks
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for closures
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely deal closures
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
