Procurement Manager

General Description The Procurement Manager leads procurement and sourcing across assigned categories to support business objectives and Marq Labs operations. This role directs the purchasing and sourcing team, manages inventory and materials, and drives supplier selection, competitive bidding, negotiation, contracting, and performance management. The manager ensures strong controls, cost efficiency, quality, service, continuity of supply, and risk mitigation while partnering cross-functionally to meet operational priorities. This position also sources raw ingredients and components from local and international suppliers and leads a team of buyers to execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities: Sourcing Strategy equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Approximately six (6) years of combined experience and/or education demonstrating strong knowledge of purchasing or supply chain management; experience in sourcing, negotiating, and vendor management required. Purchasing or Supply Chain certification preferred. Experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry highly desirable 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others. Intermediate to strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Google Suite/Docs and ERP systems such as NetSuite
