Team, New and Interesting Projects.Desired Skills/Experience:Standard SAP Manufacturing Optimization & Fit-Gap Analysis: Enforce the minimal-customization policy by auditing current production, quality maintenance and planning workflows (QM, PM, PP, PP-DS, and MES integrations), evaluating change requests, and driving standard SAP adoption over custom developments.Project Leadership & UAT Coordination: Lead continuous improvement projects across shop floor operations and production planning by facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and planning and executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Production Analytics & SAP Reporting: Design and deliver advanced shop floor performance, capacity utilization, and manufacturing analytics dashboards utilizing SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, SAP PP standard reporting, and core data tools.End-User Training & Enablement: Develop role-based training materials and conduct enablement sessions for plant operators, planners, and supervisors to ensure high user adoption, minimize entry errors, and eliminate offline shop floor tracking.Data Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee material master, bill of materials (BOM), and routing data integrity while acting as the primary project liaison between manufacturing leadership, business process owners, and technical IT teams.Competitive Compensation and Excellent Benefits.Note: Relocation Assistance is Offered for this Hybrid On-Site Role.
