About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and clinically oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our ENT portfolio business across India.

The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to government and private healthcare sectors.

This role requires a combination of sales leadership, surgical product expertise, clinical support capability, and relationship management within the ENT segment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth for surgical devices across region.

* Manage and expand relationships with key government and private hospital accounts

* Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, demos, evaluations, and physician trainings

* Work closely with surgeons, OR and procurement teams

* Identify new business opportunities and lead product conversions from competitors

* Coordinate product presentations, workshops, and clinical education activities

* Support tender business, vendor registration, and regulatory/commercial processes

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives

* Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis

* Strong background in channel sales and distributor management, with the ability to build, manage, and grow distributor networks, drive revenue growth, ensure effective market penetration, and achieve business objectives across assigned territories.

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales

* Strong background in surgical business

* Hands-on experience in clinical support and OT/surgical assistance

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Driving License is mandatory

* Ability to work independently and manage key accounts strategically

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Clinically strong with ENT surgeon engagement experience

* Existing network within ENT Departments

* Experience in capital equipment and consumable sales

* Energetic, target-driven, and commercially focused
