We are working with a growing law firm, looking for a Junior Associate Attorney to join their team. They are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Attorney. This is an ideal position for a freshly barred attorney or a recent law school graduate looking to build a strong foundation in trial advocacy and legal writing.

Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the [State] Bar (or awaiting recent bar exam results/pending admission).Exceptional legal writing, editing, and analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.Strong working knowledge of legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and court rules.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:Conduct exhaustive and efficient research on complex state and federal statutes, case law, regulations, and procedural rules to support active litigation mattersDraft, edit, and file a wide variety of legal documents, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, motions in limine, opposition briefs, and evidentiary repliesAssist in drafting complaints, answers, interrogatories, document requests, and responses to written discoveryReview case files, evaluate legal risks, xzbcwsv summarize depositions and transcripts, and assist in preparing litigation strategy memoranda for senior counsel
The annual salary for this position is between 85k-105k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
