Location: Oak Brook, ILPay Range: $115,000 - $165,000 per yearEmployment Type: Direct HireBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, life/disability, 401k + match, paid holidaysRole & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Lead Project Scheduler for an advanced nuclear energy developer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in Primavera P6 scheduling looking to further their career in nuclear or advanced manufacturing.Translate PLM (Siemens Teamcenter) product breakdown structures into WBS mapped to system design descriptionsMaintain the master control schedule and track engineering deliverables for SOW and bid packagesBuild complex manufacturing and installation schedules in Oracle Primavera P6; integrate data with Dynamics 365 DataverseOrganize work packages for EPC handoff and modular balance of plant (BOP) assembly timelinesManage version/change control and report schedule status to leadershipEssential Qualifications5+ years of complex scheduling in heavy industrial construction, aerospace, or modular manufacturingExpert Oracle Primavera P6 (EPPM): critical path, dependencies, resource loading; Microsoft Planner familiarityEngineering degree strongly preferred; WBS development in early design phasesBonus QualificationsNuclear, DoD, or regulated-industry scheduling (ASME NQA-1, NRC Part 53/57, DOE Part 810)PLM (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE) and Dynamics 365/Dataverse integration experienceExperience supporting procurement or EPC bid package generationWhy Averro?Averro is a veteran-owned staffing and solutions firm connecting top talent with cutting-edge companies.
