Location: Bangalore
Position: Senior Customer Service Executive – JL 2A
Process: Chat Support Only (No Voice)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Australian Shift | Rotational
⏰ Shift Window: 1:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST
Eligibility: Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in Sales / Customer Service / Contact Center
⚠️ Sales experience is mandatory

- Excellent written English & typing skills
- Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Sales, conversion & product recommendation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
