Hygienist Reports to: Dentist / Operations Leader FLSA Status: Non - Exempt (Hourly) Department: Operations Employment Status: At-Will Incentive Eligibility: Eligible Job Summary The Hygienist is responsible for cleaning patients’ teeth and examining oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease. Educating patients on oral hygiene, take and develop x-rays, and apply fluoride or sealants. Performing quality and effective hygiene procedures while building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with patients. The Hygienist is responsible for the patient's excellent experience and contributes to the overall financial success of the practice.
